Big Bwain LLC is a software and product-design studio founded in 2024. We design, build,
release, and support our own apps, web products, an open-source tool, and 3D-printed goods —
and we offer the same end-to-end practice to anyone with a product to build.
Based in the United States, working remotely.
We build for people with something to make, and our own catalog already spans geocaching,
maker, and fitness products.
- Small businesses and independent founders
- Outdoor and hobby brands Geocaching, outdoor, and maker
- Fitness businesses Trainers, gyms, and studios
- Anyone with an idea Software, a physical product, or an IoT device
Collaborations and partner projects are welcome too, not only work we build for you.
Big Bwain LLC's services bring product thinking and engineering into the same room, whether the result lives on a screen, in a store, or in someone's hand.
Software
From product idea to production
Product strategy, experience design, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and the operating work that keeps software useful after launch.
- 01 Product strategy
- 02 UX + architecture
- 03 Build + integrate
- 04 Test + release
Physical products
Prototype, test, and make it tangible
3D design, printing, and IoT prototyping turn an idea into something that can be held, evaluated, refined, and prepared for repeatable production.
- 01 CAD + modeling
- 02 Prototype
- 03 Field test
- 04 Prepare output
Delivery
One accountable path end to end
The product, software, release process, support surface, and next iteration are designed as one system instead of disconnected handoffs.
- 01 Release
- 02 Observe
- 03 Support
- 04 Improve
Best fit: cross-platform mobile apps (.NET MAUI), web apps and PWAs, Linux
and desktop tooling, and functional 3D-printed parts and prototypes.
We build full-stack software of any size: games, enterprise and service platforms, and simple single-feature apps. Whatever you need software to do, we can build it.
- 01
New app or web build
A mobile app, web app, game, or service platform, designed and built from the first sketch to release.
- 02
Take over an existing app
Pick up software that is already running: modernize it, maintain it, and keep it improving.
- 03
CAD, prototypes, and small production runs
CAD modeling and 3D printing to turn an idea into a part you can hold, test, refine, and make again in small batches.
- 04
IoT and hardware prototypes
Connected-device and hardware prototypes, with the software that runs on them and talks to them.
- 01
Frame
Shape the idea: who it is for, where it runs, and what it has to do.
- 02
Design
Experience design, architecture, and CAD modeling.
- 03
Build
Implementation, integration, and working prototypes.
- 04
Test
Software testing, plus field testing for physical products.
- 05
Ship
Store release, web deployment, or prepared production output.
- 06
Improve
Support, observation, and the next iteration.

3D Design & Physical Products
Physical products Live
Digital designs and physical prints for model railroading, functional tools, geocache containers, device mounts, and maker accessories. Selected designs have sold both as downloadable files and as finished physical prints.
